Anaiu waited at her and Sora's church, the very church they had all but grew up in. She was human and was laying across one of the pews, swinging her leg slowly and impatiently.

Sora padded inside shaking herself off from the fresh snow, her nails clicked as they hit the floor and drops splattered on the floor. Stepping to the side she morphed pulling out a box of matches from the folds of her cloak. Lighting a candle she tossed her wet cloak onto the hook and morphed back finding it freezing as a human. Her eyes were hard and cold as she padded towards her sister.

Anaiu's eyes opened slowly and fixed on Sora. She stared at her, unnerved, waiting for her to approach her and stop. Anaiu knew she was hardly at fault. Afterall, that dog...Odie it was, had gone after with her. Hadn't he? She did feel a spark of resentment, but hardly cared too much if she was conspiring with him.

Sora stopped and looked at Anaiu impatiently and a bit hurt. "What?" she growled, glancing at the door. "I promised the dog I'd get him something to eat since my sister was to distracted." Her words were cold and harsh and her eyes were dead except for anger. "Make it fast Anaiu, then we split the territory, I want the South or the West half." There was no sympathy in her voice, no hint of forgivness just bitter tongue.

Anaiu was so shocked she was sure it showed on her normally careless face. "Wait...What?" She asked. "He was just some guy." She said. "Have you no honor? I repayed him. We're square...I will never again see him..." Anaiu said, getting to her feet, shifting to her wolf form to circle Sora, a nearly playful act according to her stance and nervously swishing tail

Sora let out a warning snarl. "Anaiu I can smell it. You and him like those deer in the spring." she growled turning to face her, her hackles rising. "Fate will draw you together, that scent is already in your fur, you two worked like a team against those vampires." Her voice was as cold as ice and her bristled fur never went down. "I know you followed him after, even the mental path I caught Cinnamon." Rumbling she padded towards the front of the church. "You can deny it all you want but its happening. Eventually you will forget me, but I won't give up my half of the lands alone." She stood straighter, "I'll fight you for it if I have to."

Anaiu's eyes grew sad and she bowed her head, sitting down, her black pelt's shine seeming to dim as her heart beat slowed... "I cannot forget my own blood...I cannot forget you." She said, her voice a whisper, but truthful.

Sora glanced at her. "You will." she muttered quieter, the harshness slowly dissapearing. "You get the shadows that we own, I get the light. " Turning towards her sister she sat there however she still felt no sympathy. "That scent is overwhelming you, whether you have accepted it by now or not-he will control your life and you will have your own pack. " Sora trotted away, circling the alter. "We cannot run those lands together forever-you will get your own pack of wolves." Glancing at the stained glass far up above she sighed. "I will never bow down to you-nor will you bow to me. We are wolves Anaiu we must not fight ourselves."

Anaiu stared at nothing for a good long time, her words sinking in. "I understand." She said. "But...I will not ignore you. I will never have a pack. He has no pack, he does not seem like the following type...he is alpha. I need no pack. He will never control me." A grin spread across Anaiu's face. "I am too wild and we both know that." She laughed quietly and stood. "Does that mean I can't show up here? See you?"

Sora stared at her sister quielty for a long time. "There are always two alphas in a pack." Her words came out in a breath and she turned and leaped onto one of the pews. "You and your future pack-cause yes you will have one. Will be allowed to trespass my lands but not to mark them, they are my lands and you will be guests." She said flatly, lifting her head and tilting it to her sister. "You know most people make part of their packs." Emotionless eyes bored into her sister and she spoke calmly. "Go find the cinnamon I'll get the mutt and drag him into town."

Trotting along with his bouncy prance, Odie followed Sora's scent. Oh what a marvelous scent it was too. He didn't care about the food, he just wanted to enjoy her beauty. Odie pranced right up to Sora the white wolf with a flirty grin on his face. He couldn't wait to hear that dazzling voice of hers once more.

Sora lifted her head and tilted it slightly turning to Odie. "Hey mutt." she murmured her ears down and her eyes sad. "Sorry I had a run in with my sister. Come on lets get you something to eat."
